"Well now, that sure is a pretty shade of pink your turn'in."

"Here cowboy," she threw the jeans she was holding at his head, "these are clean and should fit you."

She didn't want to be reminded of how he affected her. That would lead to thoughts she knew she couldn't think of in front of him. Those precious memories stayed locked deep away in the most hidden part of her soul, the small part of the real her that she only ever showed one person.

"Why don't you tell me why you're pretending you don't know me and I'll put them on."
