Sunday Six
Another busy week and while I might not have gotten as much writing done as I would have liked. I did get at least six more sentences finished :)
Brenna reclined in a muskoka chair and looked out over the lake. The sun was setting behind the trees, drawing great shadows across the already black water. She loved sitting in the quiet contemplating life. Only now she was contemplating the loss of one. She gave up wiping the tears from her cheeks. Despite washing her hands a half dozen times, she could still smell Wray's blood on them and remember the burning sensation of death under her fingertips.
Six Sentence Sunday is a blogging group started by Sara Brooks. Every week authors from all different genres post six sentences from their WIP or published works. If you want to read more contributions to this blog roll CLICK HERE.
